Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
1. Returns/Cancellations for Customer Convenience
Due to the nature of the service, we do not accept cancellations or refunds for customer convenience after the contract is established (payment completed).
For retail goods (glassware, etc.), we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience, even if the item is unused and unopened.
2. Returns/Exchanges for Defects
If there is a defect in the provided service or product, or if a product different from the order is handed over, we will respond promptly. Please contact the contact information above within 7 days of receiving the product or service. We will exchange it for a non-defective product or provide a refund at our expense.
