With all the misleading bottles on the shelves, how do you know what's real? Find out which distilleries are actually making authentic Japanese whisky. We'll be tasting from producers who strictly adhere to authentic Japanese whisky standards—meaning 100% mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged in Japan. Your omakase will include whisky from 11 of Japan’s roughly 130 legendary, recently opened, or long-closed distilleries. Including name brands you may recognize like Yamazaki, Hakushu, Yoichi, Miyagikyo, Chichibu, and Kanosuke, as well as hidden gems and rare, small-batch producers.
